회사는 「개인정보 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 이 방침으로 어떤 정보를 왜 쓰는지 알립니다. 민감정보·위치정보는 그 자체를 목적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
이 웹사이트(link.memoplayer.com)는 자체 추적 쿠키를 두지 않습니다. 소개·매뉴얼 페이지에서 YouTube 영상을 재생하면 YouTube가 쿠키를 저장할 수 있습니다. 아래 항목은 주로 MemoPlayer 앱에서 처리됩니다.

3. 수집 방법
- 이용자가 Google 로그인·콘텐츠 등록·고객 문의로 입력
- 앱에서 약관·방침에 동의하는 절차를 거친 뒤에, 해당 목적의 처리를 시작합니다.

4. 제3자 제공·처리위탁·국외이전
서비스 제공을 위해 다음 처리자를 이용합니다. 이전 국가는 각 사업자의 인프라에 따릅니다(주로 미국 등). 「개인정보 보호법」상 정보처리위탁 및 국외이전에 해당할 수 있습니다.

5. 보유·파기
목적 달성 또는 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 거래기록, 분쟁 대응, 부정 이용 재발 방지를 위해 법령·내부 정책 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다. 전자 파일은 복구되지 않도록 삭제합니다.
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급 기록: 5년
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리 기록: 3년
- 부정 이용 재발 방지: 이용 제한·계약 해지 후 최대 1년(식별자는 최소화)
6. 이용자 권리
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지, 동의 철회는 앱 설정(계정 삭제 포함) 또는 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 계정 삭제 안내를 따릅니다. 법령상 보관이 필요한 기록은 해당 기간 동안 처리가 정지·분리 보관될 수 있습니다.
7. 광고 식별자
리워드 광고를 위해 Android 광고 ID를 사용할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 개인 최적화 또는 광고 ID 재설정·삭제를 할 수 있습니다(기기·OS 버전에 따라 메뉴 이름이 다를 수 있음).
8. 안전성 확보조치
전송 구간 HTTPS, 접근 권한 제한, Firebase 보안 규칙, Play Integrity(App Check)를 사용합니다. 다만 인터넷 특성상 완전한 안전을 보장하지는 않습니다. 이 방침과 다른 사고가 나면 보호책임자가 관련 법령에 따른 조치를 합니다.
9. 아동
커뮤니티는 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 한 창작 공간이 아닙니다. 공식 어린이 탭의 콘텐츠는 회사가 검수한 공식 자료입니다. 실제 연령 확인은 Google 계정·Play 가족 정책에 의존합니다.

This website (link.memoplayer.com) does not set its own tracking cookies. Playing YouTube videos on intro/manual pages may store YouTube cookies. The items below are processed mainly in the MemoPlayer app.
1. Purposes
- Account identity, Google sign-in, customer support
- Official and community content, club membership, moderation, reports, disputes
- Points charging/use/settlement, Google Play payments, refunds, subscriptions
- Push notifications, service stability, abuse prevention, rewarded ads
2. Items we process
- Google account uid and email — login, purchases, support. Deleted after withdrawal except records the law requires (30-day grace on delete requests).
- Public handle and profile — community display; posts may be anonymized after withdrawal.
- Anonymous Firebase uid — until you link an account.
- Play payment token hashes, wallet ledger — up to 5 years under commercial/e-commerce record rules.
- UGC, nicknames, club membership — until deletion/takedown; anonymized if needed for a dispute.
- Report and counter-notice records, FCM tokens, AdMob advertising ID, a hashed install id for bonus-abuse prevention, Firebase Analytics.
Do not post other people’s personal data (exam numbers, real-name contacts) in the community.
3–4. How we collect; processors and transfers
You provide data through Google login, uploads, and email. Processing for a purpose starts after in-app consent. Firebase, Google Play, and AdMob may generate data while you use the app. Processors include Google LLC and affiliates (Firebase, Play Billing, AdMob, optional Drive backup). This typically involves transfer outside Korea (often the United States). We do not sell data to third parties for marketing, except as the law requires (e.g. lawful requests from authorities).
5. Retention
We delete data when the purpose ends or you withdraw, except: contract/withdrawal records 5 years; payment and supply records 5 years; consumer complaint records 3 years; limited abuse-prevention records up to 1 year after a ban (identifiers minimized). Files are deleted so they cannot be restored in ordinary use.
6–9. Your rights, ads, security, children
Access, correction, deletion, suspension, and withdrawal of consent: in-app (including account deletion) or email. Records the law requires may be separated and kept for that period. Rewarded ads may use the Android advertising ID; you can reset or limit it in device settings. We use HTTPS, access control, Firebase rules, and Play Integrity (App Check); no internet service is perfectly safe. The community is not a creation space aimed at children under 14. Age checks rely on Google accounts and Play family policy.

- UGC、ニックネーム、クラブ所属、通報・反論記録、FCMトークン、AdMob広告ID、ボーナ濫用防止用のインストール識別ハッシュ、Firebase Analytics。
コミュニティに他人の個人情報（受験番号、実名の連絡先など）を載せないでください。
3–4. 収集方法、委託・国外移転
Googleログイン、投稿、メールでご自身が入力します。アプリ内同意の後に当該目的の取扱いを開始します。利用中にFirebase、Google Play、AdMobがデータを生成することがあります。処理者はGoogle LLCおよび関係会社（Firebase、Play決済、AdMob、任意のDriveバックアップ）です。主に韓国国外（多くは米国）への移転を伴います。法令上の例外を除き、同意なくマーケティング目的の第三者提供はしません。
5. 保管・廃棄
目的達成または退会時に遅滞なく廃棄します。ただし契約・撤回記録5年、代金・供給記録5年、苦情・紛争記録3年、利用制限後の不正再発防止は最長1年（識別子は最小化）保管することがあります。
6–9. 権利、広告、安全管理、児童
閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止、同意撤回はアプリ（アカウント削除を含む）またはメールで請求できます。リワード広告でAndroid広告IDを使うことがあります。端末設定でリセット・制限できます。HTTPS、アクセス制限、Firebaseルール、Play Integrity（App Check）を使いますが、インターネットの完全な安全は保証しません。コミュニティは満14歳未満を対象とした創作の場ではありません。年齢確認はGoogleアカウントとPlay家族ポリシーに依ります。
10–11. 連絡先と告知
個人情報・サポート: biya27@naver.com。KISA（privacy.kisa.or.kr、118）、KOPICO、PIPC、警察（112）にも申告できます。変更は施行7日前（不利な変更は30日前）にアプリまたは本ページで知らせます。
